Livingston Renovation in 9 Months

The house had good bones but had not been updated in decades. It had knob and tube wiring, no central heat, and no water on the 2nd floor. A whole house renovation would be the most cost effective and efficient way to bring the house up to code and modern comfort.

The objective of the renovation was to bring the interior into the 21st century, retain the 1900 exterior look, and make the house comfortable and practical for decades to come.
